绿清灵在湖南柑橘园土壤中的残留试验研究

摘　　要：绿清灵主要成分为十八烷基三甲基氯化铵,主要用作柑橘杀螨剂。试验利用高效液相色谱仪对微量十八烷基三甲基氯化铵的测定方法进行了新的探索,得到了可较好检测十八烷基三甲基氯化铵的间接光度色谱法的分析条件,确定以对氨基苯磺酸(SAA)为离子对试剂,流动相为甲醇:水(2.5mmol/LSAA)=25:75,流量0.3mL/min,温度38℃,检测波长294nm。并对其在土壤中的残留进行了分析。结果表明,十八烷基三甲基氯化铵在橘园土中残留较少,不会造成在土壤中累积性残留。The main component of Lu-Qing-Ling which is a new type of organic pesticide to manage mites in citrus is Oetadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride （OTAC）. In this paper, OTAC was separated with a mobile phase consisting of methanol：water （25：75, V/V） at 0.3 mL/min at 38℃ in the absence of an ion-pair reagent （4-aminobenzene sulfonic acid, SAA） and detected at 294 nm. The results showed that the level of OTAC residues was not high enough to cause accumulation in citrus orchard soil.
