摘　　要：从贵州省脆弱生态环境背景下新农村环境可持续发展入手,旨在建立一个能同时服务政府部门、研究人员以及农民群众的农村环境信息管理系统。本着以上宗旨,分别设计了信息管理系统构建的原则、基础数据指标体系,在此基础上探讨了信息管理系统的运行模式及其主要应用前景。This article starting with the sustainable development of new countryside under the background of Guizbou frail ecological environment, it aims to establish an information management system in the countryside for serving the government departments, researchers and farmers. This article has designed the information management system, construction principle and the foundation data target system. It also has discussed movement pattern of the information management system and the main application prospect in its foundation.
