电阻钎焊银触点钎着率、强度及接触电阻的关系

摘　　要：以电阻钎焊AgCdO触头和H62黄铜触桥为研究对象,通过测量焊接触点的结合强度和接触电阻来验证超声检测的结果。试验发现,由于超声检测存在一定的局限性,钎着率与焊接强度和接触电阻之间没有严格的相关性,而焊接强度和接触电阻间呈非线性的相关性。Taking AgCdO contact and H62 brass contact bridge as research objects,the results of ultrasonic inspection were verified by measwring the bonding strength and contact resistance of the welding contact.The experimental results showed that due to the limitation of ultrasonic inspection,there was no strong correlation between brazing and welding strength or contact resistance,but there was a nonlinear correlation between welding strength and contact resistance.
