摘 要:介绍了影响防电磁辐射织物屏蔽效能的多种因素,为了研究织物中镀银长丝网络格的对角线长度和面积对其屏蔽效能的影响,设计完成了镀银长丝网络格面积一定、对角线长度不同以及对角线长度一定、面积不同两种实验方案。并采用平面材料电磁波屏蔽效能标准测试方法对织物的屏蔽效能指标进行了测试,方差分析结果显示:两者对织物的屏蔽效能均有显著影响。最终由回归分析建立了织物的镀银长丝网络格面积与屏蔽效能的关系式,经验证拟合效果良好。A lot of influencing factors affecting fabrie's anti - electromagnetic radiation shielding effectiveness are introduced. In order to research the impact of the diagonal length and area of fabric's silver - plated filament mesh on the fabric's shielding effectiveness, two experimental programs are designed and finished,one is the diagonal length of silver- plated filament's mesh being different while area being unchanged, the another is the area of silver - plated filament's mesh being different while diagonal length being unchanged.The fabric's shielding effectiveness was tested by using anti - electromagnetic radiation tester based on planar material standard test methods. The variance analysis of those experimental data shows that the both two have significant effect on the fabric's shielding effectiveness. The relationship equation between the area of silver - plated filament's mesh against fabric's shielding effectiveness is thus established by using regression analysis, and the fitting result is confirmed favorable.
