摘 要:分析了原料的染配色、混合方式、混合的均匀程度、主要工艺配置和现场管理对色纺纱质量的影响,指出应根据色纺纱的生产特点合理选用原料和混合方法,控制原料性质差异,严格配色和染色操作,加强现场管理,清梳工序应适度开松和梳理,减少对纤维的损伤,并粗工序要减少意外伸长,控制条子的不匀率,细纱工序要优化工艺配置,减少粗细节、棉结、毛羽和纱线断头,络筒工序要减少毛羽及棉结增长率,以消除色差或色档,提高色纺纱的质量。Influences of colour matching of raw material, way of raw material mixing, its mixing uniformity, main processing arrangement and on - sport management on dyed yarn quality are analyzed in this paper. Raw material and its way of mixing should be chosen reasonably according to the producing feature of dyed yarn with control of the property difference of the raw material and enhanced on - site management. Proper opening and carding should be used to reduce fiber damage. Control of elongation in roving arid control of sliver uneven rate and optimization of spinning processes and parameters should be adopted to reduce thin and thick places, neps, hairiness and yarn breakage. The hairiness and nep growth in cone winding should be minimized to eliminate color difference to improve the dyed yam quality.
