摘 要:在自然降温过程中,以红花玉兰、紫玉兰、黄玉兰、望春玉兰为试验材料,对枝条的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(POD)和过氧化物酶(CAT)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标进行了研究。结果表明:随着温度的逐渐降低,4种玉兰丙二醛含量逐渐增大,红花玉兰丙二醛含量相对较高,受害程度比较大;随着温度的降低,SOD、POD、CAT 3种酶的活性逐渐增强,红花玉兰3种酶的活性总体高于望春玉兰,保护机制要好于望春玉兰。通过低温锻炼,红花玉兰对低温有一定的适应能力。During the nature air cooling, the activities of superoxide dimutase (SOD)and peroxides (POD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the four Magnolia varieties were studied in this paper. The result showed that MDA content in the four varieties increased, and MDA content in the M. biondii was higher than others ; SOD, POD and CAT activities of all the varieties became high, and the enzyme activities in M. wufengensis was higher than M. biondii, M. wufengensis was superior to M. biondii in the self-protection ability. Through the way of low-temperature acclimation, M.wufengensis would get cold resistance ability.
