摘 要:对红刺玫进行离体培养研究,结果表明:高约2 cm的无菌苗在培养基MS+BA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L(单位下同)上增殖的不定芽比较多,诱导率为100%,增殖系数达到5.7。生根培养基为改良MS+0.4 NAA时,生根率及平均根数分别为93.3%和4.3条,移栽成活率为83%。并对红刺玫试管内开花的现象进行了初次报道。An efficient tissue culture system had been developed to propagate Rosa multiflora var. cathayensis rapidly. Buds were induced from 2 cm high young plantlet cultured on MS medium supplemented with 0. 6 mg/L 6-BA and O. 1 mg/L NAA, and the inductivity was 100% ,The proliferate frequency was 5.7. The reformative medium of MS +0.4 NAA was used for rooting, and the rooting rate was 93.3%, the mean number of roots was 4.4, the survival rate was 83%. We reported the flowering of R. multiflora var. cathayensis in vitro for the first time.
