摘　　要：根据我国医疗环境和医学专业教育的特点,通过加强医学职业道德教育、礼仪规范、团队建设和人文素质的培养,引导医学生职业认同、医患关系认知、角色认知,促进医学生职业素养的形成,使医学生思想政治工作符合职业素养要求。According to the features of Chinese medical environment and medical education,the ideological and political education for medical students should be emphasized with the training of professional ethics education,etiquette standard,team building and humanistic quality so as to guide medical students to realize their career identity,recognize the relationship between doctors and patients,and acknowledge their professional roles in order to meet the demands of professional qualification.
