多元文化背景下加强医学生人文素质教育的思考

摘　　要：当前我国医学生人文素质教育面临诸多问题。这些问题的产生与当前多元文化的时代背景有着密切联系。多元文化背景下,加强医学生人文素质教育具有重要意义。在此背景下,加强医学生人文素质教育应采取以下对策:增设人文课程,丰富医学生的人文知识;营造浓厚的校园文化氛围,转变学生的观念;开展各种形式的社会实践活动。Many problems and challenges,which are closely related to the background of multiculture,exist in the current education of humanistic quality for medical students in China.Therefore,it is important to enhance the humanistic quality of medical students under the multi-cultural background.Following countermeasures can be taken to strengthen the humanistic quality of medical students,including establishing the curriculum for humanistic education,enriching humanistic knowledge of medical students,building dense on-campus cultural environment,transforming students′ recognition of humanistic education,and developing various social practices of humanistic quality.
