摘  要:对草丛土毛虫(Territricha stram enticola)营养细胞大核DNA和休眠包囊大核DNA进行了RAPD比较分析.在所选用的32条随机引物中,2条没有扩增带,其余30条引物一共扩增出134条片段,以营养细胞大核DNA为模板扩增出54条片段,以休眠包囊大核DNA为模板扩增出80条片段,两者有20条共享片段,共享度为30%.结果表明:草丛土毛虫在形成包囊的过程中,大核DNA的结构可能发生了较大的变化,这些变化可能与其在包囊形成过程中的形态结构和代谢活动的改变以及休眠状态下生理活动的改变密切相关.The macronuclear DNA from vegetative and resting cells of Territricha stramenticola was comparatively analyzed by using RAPD technique in the paper. The results showed that no fragments produced using 2 random primers, 134 fragments were amplified from macronuclear DNAs of the vegetative and the resting cells using 30 random primers, of which 54 specific fragments belonged to vegetative cell and 80 fragments were specific to the resting cell. There were 20 fragments appearring in both the vegetative and resting cells. The similarity value was 30%. The data indicated that the structures of the macronuclear DNAs in Territricha stramenticola had perhaps major changes in the process of cyst formation, which were closely related to the change in structural features and metabolic activities and to the physiological and biochemical changes in the resting state.
