摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜辅助下圆球阴道前庭黏膜上提法行阴道成型术治疗先天性无阴道的临床效果。方法对15例先天性无阴道患者采用腹腔镜辅助下圆球阴道前庭黏膜上提法行阴道成型术。结果15例患者手术均获成功,手术后成型阴道深约8-12cm,人工阴道弹性好,黏膜湿润粉红,患者术后感觉满意。结论腹腔镜下圆球阴道前庭黏膜上提法行阴道成型术是治疗先天性无阴道的微创有效的方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical effects of vaginoplasties with ball＇ s pressure on the vestibule under laparoscope for the women with Mayer - Rokitansky - Kuster - Hauser （MRKH） syndrome. Methods Based on the depth of pudendum atria, 15 patients who were congenital absence of vagina were treated by vaginoplastics with ball＇ s pessure with the assistance of laparoscope. The clinical results were based on the observations and analysis of operation - time, bleeding volume during the operation, surgical technical, surgical and postoperative complications. Results 15 cases were successfully performed. Te depth of artificial vagina was 8 to 12cm; the mucosa was pink and wet; the vagina＇ s softness, elasticity and shape were comparable with natural vagina. Patients were very satisfied with the surgical effect. Conclusion Laparoscopically assisted vaginoplasty with ball＇ s pressure on the vestibule is simple, safe, minimally invasive and quickly rehabilitated, and hence is worth being strongly recommended.
