摘　　要：羊绒是山羊的内层毛被,具有重要的经济价值。简要介绍了与毛囊生长发育及羊毛品质相关的基因及其研究进展,包括角蛋白家族基因、BMP及其介导的信号通路、Runx家族基因。Cashmere is the inner layer of goat fleece which is of great economic importance. In this study, we discussed the genes which are associated with the growth of hair follicle and wool quality, including keratin gene family, BMP signal pathway and Runx gene family.
