882名高职新生心理健康调查分析

摘　　要：目的为了解高职院校新生的心理健康状况,及早进行心理干预提供依据。方法采用大学生人格问卷(UPI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某高职院校2008年入学新生进行心理健康调查。结果(1)UPI筛查出"一类问题"学生179人,占20.3%,其中5.2%的学生有自杀意念;(2)SCL-90筛选出有心理问题的学生191人,其中,强迫、人际关系、抑郁因子均分显著高于国内正常成人常模,但在SCL-90所有因子上得分均低于国内大学生常模,且差异显著;(3)女生在SCL-90恐怖因子上显著高于男生。结论高职新生的心理健康状况良好,应该有针对性地在大学新生中开展心理健康教育与辅导,使他们尽快适应大学生活。Objective To understand students＇ mental health so as to provide the evidence for further mental health education and counseling. Methods UPI and SCL-90 were used to assess the mental health in 882 freshmen of Year 2008. Results （1） UPI sifted 179 ＂a kind of question＂ students, and 5.2% of them had ＂suicide idea＂; （2） SCL-90 screened out 191 positive students, the total average SCL-90 scores of compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity and depression were higher than those of normal model of the nation-wide youth group, but all the factors of SCL-90 were lower than those of the Chinese college norm; （3） the score of fear of girls was higher than that of boys. There were statistical significant differences among them （P〈 0.01 or P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The status of medical freshmen＇s psychological is generally good. Psychological health education and consultation should be carried out for the college freshmen to adjust to the university＇s life quickly.
