摘　　要：目的为了解哈尔滨医科大学在校教职工身体健康状况,分析影响健康状况及疾病发生发展的因素,维护和促进教职工身心健康。方法对我校2006年至2008年体检的教职工2504人的体检资料进行统计分析。结果受检者中健康状况非正常的男性占为82.61%,女性占67.07%;消化系统、循环系统、代谢系统、泌尿生殖系统疾病的检出率较高,其检出率分别为:36.86%、27.91%、27.04%、24.28%。这4个系统的疾病多表现为脂肪肝、高血脂、心电异常、高血压、前列腺肥大、子宫肌瘤、糖尿病等慢性疾病。结论在职教职工总体健康水平不高,女性健康状况好于男性,消化系统疾病和心脑血管疾病对教职工的身体健康状况危害最大。影响教职工健康的主要病症为脂肪肝、高血脂、高血压、心电异常等。Objective To understand the health condition of faculty in Harbin Medical University and analyze the influence factors, so as to improve their health. Methods The data of the health examinations in 2 504 cases of the faculty from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed statistically. Results The rates of abnormal were 82.61% in the male and 67.07% in the female respectively. The diseases of digestive system, circulatory system, metabolic system, and genitourinary system were high and their detection rates were 36.86 %, 27.91%, 27.04 %, and 24.28 %, respectively. In the disorders of these four systems, fatty liver, high blood cholesterol, ECG abnormalities, hypertension, prostatic hypertrophy, uterine fibroids, diabetes and other chronic diseases were the major problems. Conclusions The general health condition of the faculty is not well, and the health condition of the female is better than that of the male. The diseases of digestive, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems were the primary factors impacting the health of the faculty, and fatty liver disease, high blood lipids, hypertension, and abnormal ECG are the major disorders.
