摘 要:采用常压加热水解法制备中性均分散TiO2溶胶,对其结构和性能进行系统的分析与表征,并考察其在亚甲基蓝溶液中的光催化效果及棉织物整理后的抗紫外性能。结果表明,制备的TiO2溶胶晶型以锐钛矿结构为主,有少量金红石相结构的混晶,其光生电子和空穴具有较高的氧化还原电极电势;TiO2溶胶对亚甲基蓝的光催化脱色率达98%;棉织物经该TiO2溶胶在97℃浸渍整理1 h,对UVB和UVC波段的紫外光有具有较好的屏蔽作用,且耐水洗牢度较好。The monodispersed neutral TiO2 finishing agent was prepared by atmospheric heating hydrolysis, its structure and performances were analyzed and characterized. Also its photocatalytic properties to methylene blue solution and anti-UV performance of cotton fabrics after finishing were tested. The results showed that, TiO2 sol was mainly of anatase crystal structure and a small amount of rutile mixed crystal structure, its photo-electrons and holes were with a high oxidation-reduction e- lectrode potential. The photocatalytic decolorization rate of methylene blue by TiO2 sol was 98%. Cotton fabric dipped by the TiO 2 sol at 97℃ for 1h, had good shielding effect to UVB and UVC band of ultraviolet light, and good washing fastness.
