摘　　要：涤棉筒子纱染色在高温下收缩比较严重,经常出现内层纱线浮色严重而外层纱线得色浅,以及纱线卡断现象。采用弹簧管筒子可以解决上述问题。以绿色和深蓝色染色品种为例,其内层、中层和外层灰卡评级均在4.5级以上,ΔE值在0.43以下,符合染色标准。以每月染涤棉纱30 t计,可节约成本28 582元/月。Polyester/cotton yarn shrinks a lot during cheese dyeing at high temperature, which easily results in loose dyes in inner layer and light shade in outer layer, and broken yarns. Above problems could be resolved by substituting plastic or steel bobbins with spring bobbins. The qualities of dyeings in green and deep blue reached the product requirements, with the grey scale for color change beyond 4.5 degrees, and AE less than 0.43. Reduced cost was up to RMB 28 582 yuan when dyed 30 tonsof yarns per month.
