摘  要:采用种子乳液聚合法,以无羟甲基活性单体为交联剂,有机硅乳液为种子乳液,合成核壳型有机硅改性丙烯酸酯静电植绒黏合剂,并通过红外光谱和差示扫描量热法表征了自制聚合物的结构。试验研究了上胶量、有机硅用量及焙烘温度对植绒效果的影响,结果表明,当控制上胶量为250 g/m2,有机硅用量为15%,60℃预烘5 min,80℃焙烘4 min时,所得植绒织物可达到较高的植绒牢度(≥6 100次),各项指标均达到FZ/T 64011—2001《静电植绒织物》优等品的标准。Core-shell silicone-modified acrylate adhesive for electrostatic flocking was successfully synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization with silicone microemulsion as seed emulsion and non hydroxymethyl active monomer as the cross-linking mon- omer. The effect of coating weight, the amount of silicone and baking temperature on flocking results were systematically in- vestigated. The structure of copolymer was analyzed by FT-IR and DSC. The result showed that the better flocking product can be prepared when the coating weight was 250 g/m2 ,the amount of silicone seed microemulsion was 15%, and pre-drying at 60 ℃ for 5 min, baking at 80℃ for 4 min. The electrostatic flocking fabrics have soft feel and good antistatic property, whose flocking fastness ≥ 6100 times.
