摘  要:概述洁净室的发展历史和现状,归纳了洁净服的应用现状和性能要求。在研究洁净服相关检测方法和标准的基础上,分析了各种检测方法和标准的优缺点,包括检测洁净服洁净性能的空气粒子过滤效率法、等效孔径法、可脱落大颗粒法和Body Box法,以及检测洁净服静电性能的感应静电电压及半衰期法、摩擦电压法、静电衰减时间和表面电阻等。History and application of the clean room were introduced. Application situation and performance requirements of cleanroom garments were summarized. On the basis of studying different test methods and standards, their advantages and disadvantage were analyzed, including air particle filtration efficiency method, mean flow pole method, sizing and counting par- ticulate contaminant method, Body Box method of testing cleanness performance, and electrostatic voltage method, half-life method and friction-voltage method, static decay time and surface resistance test of testing anti-static performance.
