四川省乙类大型医用设备从业人员现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省乙类大型医用设备相关从业人员的基本情况及配置量,为卫生行政部门及医疗机构设备管理决策提供依据。方法采用文献分析、专家咨询等方法设立指标,对2007年四川省所有有乙类大型医用设备的医疗机构及其相关从业医务人员进行问卷调查,共计医疗机构392个,乙类大型医用设备564台,相关的从业医务人员共1 975人。结果四川省5种乙类设备相关从业人员学历以大专为主,专业主要为临床医学,71.9%的人员为放射影像医技师,维护等专业技术人员所占比例较低;而设备的平均人员配置量较低,均小于5人/台,虽然5种设备的人员均有80%以上拟定了培训计划,但实际培训次数均较低,小于5次/人。结论卫生行政部门需加强对大型医用设备相关医务人员的从业资格的审查及监管,而医疗机构要重视对设备专业人才的引进及对在岗人员的技术培训。Objective To survey the current status of medical personnel who engaged in the operating of large medical equipments class B in Sichuan province and provide evidence for the management of the equipments by health authority and medical institutions. Methods Measures of literature research and expert consultation were applied to establish indicators, and questionnaire survey was conducted among the hospitals with large medical equipments. A total of 1975 medical personnel and 564 large medical equipments class B in 392 hos- pitals were surveyed. Results The majority of medical personnel to operate large medical equipment class B in Sichuan were with collage education background of clinical medicine, and 71.9% of them were technicians of medical radiation image. The proportion of maintainer was low. The average number of operator to each equip- ment was low （less tan 5 persons）. The times of training for them were not more （less than 5 times per person）, although over 80% of them had training plan. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the checking and supervision of the qualification of the medical personnel to operate large medical equipments by health authority and the introducing and training of these persons by medical institutions.
