摘　　要：目的对临床用碘酒消毒液进行急性和亚急性毒性评价。方法选择某品牌碘酒消毒液,依据《消毒技术规范》(2002)进行大、小鼠的经口LD50值测定和大鼠经口亚急性毒性试验。结果雌、雄大、小鼠急性经口LD50值均大于5 000 mg/kg,按急性毒性分级,属实际无毒级。连续灌胃29 d后,雌、雄大鼠均未见明显中毒症状,亦未见死亡;对大鼠各阶段体重均无显著影响;对血液学各项检查指标无影响;末期生化检验示雄鼠和雌鼠1 000 mg/kg组的胆固醇较对照组均明显升高(P<0.05),但尚在正常值范围内;雌、雄大鼠各剂量组的肝体比、肾体比与对照组相比差异无统计学意义;病理学检查所发现的病变为自发病变,高剂量组未见动物中毒性损伤改变。结论某品牌碘酒消毒液用作皮肤消毒剂,正常使用安全。Object In order to assess the acute and subacute toxicities of clinical used iodine. Method Iodine disinfectant （Brand： Yijieshi ） was chosen as the subject. Oral LD50 values were detected in rats and mice, and to Technical Standard for Disinfection （2002）. Results oral Oral subacute toxicity test were conducted according LD50 values for male and female rats and mice were all 〉 5 000 mg（ kg. bw） which indicated actual innocuity. After stomachic tube feeding for 20 days, neither toxic symptom nor death were observed in male and female rats, and there were no marked effects on body weight and blood indicators. The cholesterin levels of male and female rats in 1000mg（ kg. bw） group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, which were all in normal range, the difference of liver weight/body weight and kidney weight/body weight of male and female rats were not statistical significant compared with the control group. Histopathologic examination showed spontaneous lesion, and no toxic damage was seen in the highest dosage group. Conclusion This iodine disinfectant is safe when used as skin disinfectant.
