摘 要:目的分析医院物品、物体表面及医务人员手消毒效果监测对降低医院感染的影响。方法每月消毒效果监测1次。操作及判断标准按《消毒技术规范》、《医院消毒卫生标准》进行。结果医院物品消毒质量合格率从86.52%增至94.79%,物体表面消毒质量合格率从83.91%增至93.02%,不合格科室监测点经整改后重新监测,合格率达到100%。医务人员手消毒质量合格率从83.91%增至93.02%,不合格的医务人员经整改后重新监测,合格率达到97.85%~99.19%。医院感染发病率从5,6%降至3.6%。结论医院物品、物体表面及医务人员手消毒效果定期监测对预防和控制医院感染具有重要作用。Objective To analyze the effect of disinfection of medical articles, object surfaces and hands of medical personnel in our hospital and the impact on reducing nosocomial infection. Methods The surveillance of disinfection was conducted monthly according to the "Disinfection Technical Specification" and "Criteria of Hospital Disinfection". Results The qualified rates of medical articles increased from 86. 52% to 94. 79%. The qualified rates of object surfaces increased from 83.91% to 93. 02%. After improvement, the qualified rate in some departments which failed in the examination previously reached 100%. The qualified rates of the hands of medical personnel increased from 75.26% to 86.99%. After improvement, the qualified rate of the hands of some medical personnel who failed to pass the test ranged from 97.85% to 99. 19%. The overall nosocomial incidence rate decreased from 5.6% to 3.6%. Condusion The regular surveillance on disinfection of medical articles, object surfaces and hands of medical personnel is important in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
