辽宁、吉林和朝鲜人参对小鼠细胞免疫药效作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:评价辽宁、吉林和朝鲜人参细胞免疫药效作用的强弱。方法:采用三地人参煎剂分别给正常及免疫抑制小鼠灌胃后,检测小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力和血清IL-2含量等指标,评价三地人参对小鼠细胞免疫药效作用的强弱。结果:三地人参均能促进正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖活性(P<0.05);三地人参对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠淋巴细胞增殖活性影响的比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三地人参均能促进正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠血清IL-2含量的提高(P<0.05);三地人参相比,辽宁人参能更好地提高正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠血清IL-2的含量(P<0.05)。结论:辽宁人参对小鼠细胞免疫的影响与吉林和朝鲜人参相似,甚至略好。Objective ： To evaluate the effect strength of Liaoning, Jilin and North Korea ginseng on cell immunity. Methods ： The ginseng decoctions in the three places were respectively fed to normal and immunosuppressed nfice to detect the mouse lymphocyte proliferation and serum IL -2 levels and other indicators, to evaluate the effect strength of Liaoning, Jilin and North Korea gin- seng on cell immunity, Results： The ginseng in the three places promoted the lymphocyte proliferation activity of normal mice and immunosuppressed mice （P 〈 0.05） ; there was no statistical significance for the comparison of the effect of the ginseng in the three places on the lymphocyte proliferation activity of normal mice and immunosuppressed mice （P 〉 0.05）. The ginseng in the three places promoted the increase of serum IL - 2 levels of normal mice and immunosuppressed mice （P 〈 0.05 ） ; compared to ginseng in other two places, Liaoning ginseng greatly promoted the increase of serum IL - 2 levels of normal mice and immuno- suppressed mice （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with ]ilin ginseng and North Korea ginseng, Liaaning ginseng has similar or even slightly better effects on cell immunity in mice.
