摘　　要：岱丰栗是从泰山板栗实生资源中选出的丰产优质型新品种,果实综合性状优良。该品种每苞含坚果2.31个,刺束稀疏,出实率44.6%。坚果平均单粒质量9.30 g,红褐色,明亮,果面光洁。涩皮易剥离,果肉黄色,质地细腻,风味香甜,糯性强,含糖量20.54%,淀粉63.03%,粗蛋白9.31%,含水率52.63%。山东泰安9月中旬为最佳采收期。Daifeng was selected from the seedlings of Mountain Tai wild chestnut.It is a high-yielding and high-quality cul-tivar.There are 2.31 nuts in every developed prickly burr.Pricks are sparse.The nut output rate is 44.6%.The nut mass is 9.30 g on average.The nut skin is reddish-brown,bright,and smooth.The flesh is yellow,sticky,fragrant,and sweet,with a total sugar content of 20.54%,starch content of 63.03%,crude protein content of 9.31%,and water content of 52.63%.It is easy to strip the endocarp of nut and the waxy of nut is stronger.It ripens in middle-September in Taian,Shandong province.
