摘  要:针对印刷行业中设备工作环境恶劣、要求可靠性高等特点,传统印刷机旋转轴系角位移检测通常采用光电编码器的方式,这种方式存在着不够稳定、检测不够准确等问题,为此,提出一种新型的基于"旋转变压器+数字转换器"的检测方式,开发基于RDC芯片AD2S1205的旋转变压器位移检测信号的解码电路板,成功实现与PLC及驱动器的接口。实验证明,该检测方式具有精度高、稳定性好等特点,在旋转轴系中实现了电机位移信号的精确测量,解决了因光电编码器对相对恶劣的工作环境不能适应而带来的系统不可靠等问题。目前,该检测系统已成功地应用在印刷机中,提高了检测精度和整机可靠性。The working environment of the equipments in printer industry is poor, and high reliability is needed. Traditional displacement detection of angle in imprinter based on photoelectric eneoder is lack of stability and accuracy. A new kind of detection based on "resolve + digital decoder" was presented. A circuit board for resolving displacement detection was developed based on AD2S1205. Interface between PLC and the driver was achieved. The experimental results show that the detection method is accurate and stable. Accurate displacement detection of asynchronous motor is realized, the unreliability and other issues brought by photoelec- tric encoder in the poor working conditions are solved. The system has been successfully applied to the imprinter, detection aceuraey and system reliability are improved.
