摘 要:提出了一种新型尺式电容传感器,并对其灵敏场作了分析。通过有限元分析的方法,对比了不同电极间距下的传感器灵敏场。随着电极间距的增加,灵敏场强度降低,但均匀性更好。计算结果显示,尺式电容传感器的灵敏区域位于电极间。设计传感器壳体时,在保证机械强度的条件下应尽量降低其厚度,以提高传感器的灵敏度。最后,根据尺式电容传感器的特性给出了典型应用。A new type of capacitance sensor, named ruler-type capacitance sensor was put forward, and its sensitivity was ana- lyzed by finite element method. The sensitivity maps of sensor with different distance between electrodes were compared. With the increase of the distance between electrodes, the sensitivity decrease, and its uniformity becomes better. The calculation results indicate that the sensitive area of ruler-type capacitance sensor is between the electrodes. The thickness of sensor body should be decreased to improve the sensitivity. The typical application of ruler-type capacitance sensor was introduced.
