摘  要:提出了非晶丝单磁芯双绕组结构,多谐振荡桥路励磁的新型磁场检测传感器,并建立了传感器的理论模型,在电路的时间常数远小于振荡周期的条件下给出了桥路输出信号与被测磁场及电路参数、磁芯参数间的定量关系,并通过实验验证了在一定范围内理论结果与实验结果非常接近。利用该传感器设计了钢板缺陷检测系统,结果表明它可检测微小缺陷,具有灵敏度高、体积小和成本低等特点。A new type of single-core and double-winding magnetic sensor based on amorphous wire with nominal composition CoT0.4Fe4.6SilsB10 using multi-vibrator bridge as its basic circuit was presented. The theoretical model of the sensor was estab-lished. On the condition that the time constant of the circuit was far less than signal period, the relations among output signal of the bridge, detected magnetic field, circuit component parameters, the magnetic parameter were received. And the results show that the experimental data was in good accordance with the theoretical prediction when Rt was between 5 11 and 20 Ω. Then, a magnetic flux leakage system based on the sensor for steel plate flaw detection was developed, and experimental results prove the sensor can detect small flaw on steel plate, with the advantages of high sensitivity, small bulk and low cost.
