摘  要:在弱酸性缓冲介质中,富马酸酮替芬和某些卤代荧光素类染料(曙红Y、荧光桃红和曙红B)借助静电引力和疏水作用力形成离子缔合物,引起共振光散射光谱、吸收光谱及荧光光谱的变化。实验表明,曙红Y体系灵敏度最高。对曙红Y、荧光桃红和曙红B体系,线性范围分别为0.12~8.4μg/mL、0.24—8.4μg/mL和0.18—6.0μg/mL,检测限分别为12.72ng/mL、12.52ng/mL和18.21μg/mL。方法已用于分析富马酸酮替芬片剂、血清及尿样。In weakly acidic medium, ketotifen fumarate reacts with halofluorescein dyes, including eosin Y,phloxine and eosin B by electrostatic force and hydrophobic force to form an ion association complex, not only the changes of absorption spectra and fluorescence quenching but also the significant enhancement of the Resonance Light Scattering (RLS) intensity. Based on that, a highly sensitive, simple and rapid method for the determination of ketotifen fumarate has been developed. The results indicate that the eosin Y system shows the highest sensitivity and that the enhanced intensity of RLS is directly proportional tothe concentration of ketotifen fumarate in the range of 0. 12 - 8.4 μg/mL for eosin Y,0. 24- 8. 4 μg/mL for phloxine and 0. 18- 6. 0 μg/mL^-1 for eosin B. The detection limits are 12.72 ng mL^-1 for eosin Y, 12. 52 ng mL^-1 for phloxine and 18.21 ng mL^-1 for eosin B. The method was applied to the determination of ketotifen fumarate in pharmaceutical, serum and urine samples with satisfactory results.
