摘 要:纺织业利用并购作为提升产业竞争力的一种战略选择时,应在竞争力识别的情况下,确定其具体的并购目标。阐述了纺织产业并购战略分析框架,依据纺织产业竞争力影响要素指标体系,采用模糊隶属度理论,对竞争力的识别进行了模糊综合测评,得出了判断结论。在此基础上,研究了纺织业竞争力指标评判向量与并购目标的对应关系,提出了我国纺织业依据竞争力程度而确定的并购目标。When the textile industry use mergers and acquisitions to enhance competitiveness as a strategic choice,they should identify the competitive to determine their specific acquisition targets.The paper expounded the textile industry M A framework for strategic analysis,based on factors affecting the competitiveness of the textile industry indicator system and used fuzzy membership degree theory to evaluate competitive identification.On this basis,it studied the corresponding relationship of competitive evaluation vector and M A target of textile industry and proposed China's textile industry should base on the competitiveness extent to determine the of M A targets.
