摘　　要：改革开放30年,我国社会经济的面貌发生了巨大的变化,但是,农村经济的发展仍然相对落后。在新的发展时期,如何在科学发展观的指导下,走出一条有中国特色的农业发展道路就成为一个十分重要的课题。以"农业循环经济"为方向,介绍了农业循环经济的概念,发展农业循环经济的必要性,分析了农业循环经济的发展模式和发展农业循环经济的制约因素,最后提出了我国发展农业循环经济的对策。After 30 years＇ reforming and opening up,it has been great changes in Chinese economy.However the development of the traditional rural economy is still relatively backward.In the new period of developing the economy,how to find a Chinese special measure in agriculture＇s development is most important subject with the guidance of scientific concept of development.With the guidance of ＇recycling economy of agriculture＇,this thesis introduces the concept and the necessity of developing of recycling economy of agriculture.It analyses the developing mode and suppression factor of developing recycling economy of agriculture.It also advances the measures of how to develop the recycling economy of agriculture at the end of this thesis.
