摘 要:由于一次风粉混合物温度变化的影响,中贮式制粉系统一次风速直接测量不易得到精确结果,造成该类型锅炉制粉系统的热态调整试验难以进行。为解决这一难题,根据电站锅炉一次风管内风粉流动的热平衡原理,提出通过测量混合点前后空气与煤粉温度,及混合点后动、静压来测量一次风速与煤粉浓度的软测量模型,并应用于某电厂中贮式制粉系统热态调整试验中,很好地解决了该厂过热器末端超温的问题。Accurate results of the primary air velocity,usually affacted by the various temperature of the mixture of puverized coal and hot air,thus direct measurements in middle storage pulverizing system is inaccessible to us.Hence,as for the above-mentioned category of steam boiler,the thermal adjusting experiment is difficult to carry on.Accordingly,for the purpose of solving the puzzle,before-and-after the mixture of powdered coal and hot air,soft-sensing models for the measurement on primary air velocity and powdered coal density via getting the gauge of the temperature of hot air and powdered coal as well as the dynamic and static pressure on the basis of the heat equilibrium theory is developed.Besides,the model has been applied to middle storge pulverizing system in a power plant,indeed,it has been introduced to the challenges of overheating at the terminal pipeline of the superheater which plays an important role during the process.
