摘 要:研究了经不同温湿度条件干燥后茧质差异的茧层丝胶结构原因,结果说明,经不同条件干燥后蚕茧的解舒率之所以不同,其内在结构原因是丝胶分子构象中无规卷曲向β-折叠结构转化的程度不同,以及丝胶聚集态结晶度提高的程度不同,从而造成了宏观上茧层丝胶膨润溶解性的差异。The structure reason of sericin of cocoon layer causing different guality of cocoons after dring at different temperature and humidity of heated air was investigated.The results indicate that the reason why the reelability of cocoon is different after dring on different conditions is that the changes of inner structure of sericin after drying are different,that is,the degree of random structure in molecular conformation of sericin changing into β-fold structure and the degree of increase in collective state structure or crystallinity are different,so that the structure differences can cause differences of ability for swelling and dissolvability of sericin of cocoon layer macroscopically,thus giving rise to diffrent quality of cocoons.
