摘　　要：目的:探讨室间隔缺损封堵术后并发第三度房室传导阻滞的观察及护理,以提高介入治疗的疗效。方法:回顾性分析室间隔缺损封堵术后并发第三度房室传导阻滞2例患者,介入术后患者行严密病情观察,密切监护,观察心电图,给予心理护理及药物治疗的护理。结果:2例患者均在精心治疗和护理后痊愈出院。结论:密切的术后病情观察和护理,预防和减少术后并发症的发生,及时治疗并发症,是室间隔缺损介入治疗取得满意疗效的保证。Objective To discuss the observation and nursing of Ⅲ °A -V block after transcatheter closure in patients with ventricular septal defect in order to increase therapeutic effect. Method Two cases with ventricular septal defect suffered from Ⅲ ° A - V block after transcatheter closure between January 2004 and December 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Perfect nursing care, careful observation of disease development, ECG observation, psychological care and nursing for patients with treatment of medicine were performed. Results The patients were all healed under closely observing and nursing. Conclusion The observation and nursing after the operation to prevent and reduce the postoperative complications, timely treatment of complications, are the guarantee to get satisfied results for transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect.
