益气升白汤治疗放化疗后白细胞减少症的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气升白汤治疗放化疗后白细胞减少症的效果。方法用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法建立小鼠白细胞减少症模型;益气升白汤灌胃7 d,测定用药前后白细胞总数变化;测定小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,做小鼠游泳实验,取胸腺、脾脏,对胸腺指数和脾脏指数进行统计学处理。结果中药组与模型组、西药组在白细胞总数变化、血清SOD含量、游泳时间、胸腺指数和脾脏指数等方面均有显著性差异。结论益气升白汤能明显改善放化疗后白细胞减少症。Objective To probe the effect Yiqishengbai decoction on leukopenia after chemotherapy from experimental study.Methods The method of the establishment of mice Leukopenia model is intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide.After Yiqishengbai decoction was Ig for 7 days,determinate the changes of total Interleukin number before and after using the decoction.Determinate the content of serum SOD,do swimming test in mice,remove thymus and spleen,and calculate thymus index and spleen index.Experimental data was statistical analysed.Results The traditional Chinese medicine group,model group and western medicine group have significant differences in the changes of total Interleukin number,serum concentration of SOD,swimming time,thymus index and spleen index.Conclusion Yiqishengbai decoction can improve leukopenia clearly after chemotherapy.
