中国钼业证券市场发展浅析

摘　　要：通过对中国钼业两大龙头企业股票——洛阳钼业与金钼股份价格波动间的均衡关系及其价格引领能力进行了回顾性的比较研究,并量化分析了中国货币供应量对钼业证券市场的影响,研究结果表明:洛阳钼业价格引导能力有所减弱,但其波动对金钼股份仍有一定影响;钼业证券市场正日趋开放、成熟,钼业证券市场接近于弱势有效,其公平博弈性更加明显;货币供应量的增加对钼业证券市场起到了正向的促进作用。Theoretical and positivist analysis on price fluctuations of China molybdenum stock market focused on not only retrospective comparative study of LYMY（3993. HK） and JMGF（601958 ） but also the impact of China＇s money supply. The results show that： LYMY（3993. HK）＇s priceguiding ability is weakened and the China molybdenum stock market is increasingly open and mature with more obvious fairgame pattern, nearly to the weak - form efficient market, however, the increase of the money supply played a positive role in promoting China molybdenum stock market.
