摘  要:目的:探讨离子交换树脂法从野罂粟全草中提取野罂粟总生物碱的最佳工艺。方法:以野罂粟总生物碱在野罂粟全草中的收率为考察指标,用L9(34)正交表设计实验,对提取工艺过程中的四个主要影响因素进行优化。结果:野罂粟总生物碱提取的优化条件为:酸渗漉液浓度为2‰,渗漉液用量为药材的20倍,树脂用量为药材的0.5倍,氨水用量为每10ml/100g。结论:优化的工艺简单可行,可作为野罂粟总生物碱的提取工艺。Objective:To investigate the optimal extraction process with ion exchange resin for total alkaloids from Papaver nudicule.L..Methods:Four main factors were optimized, with the extraction efficiency of total alkaloids of Papaver nudicaule as markers, and the L9(3^4) orthogonal test table was used to arrange sequent experiments.Results:The optimized extraction process was as follows: 2% acid percolation fluids,20 times amount of acid percolation fluids of medicinal materials, 0.5 times amount of ion exchange resin of medicinal materials, 10ml ammonium chlorides every 100g medicinal materials.Conclusions:The optimized extraction process is easy to perfrom and can be acted as the extraction process for extrating total alkaloids from Papaver nudicule.L..
