摘 要:以固体超强酸为催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂降解高沸醇竹子木质素。探讨了反应时间、溶剂配比、固体酸用量和反应温度等因素对降解程度的影响。结果表明,当反应时间4h,反应温度80℃,DMF与水的体积比为1∶2,酸加入量为木质素的4%时,在硫酸亚铁促催化的情况下,降解效果最佳。并利用红外光谱和气相色谱-质谱联用对降解产物进行分析。可知,固体酸催化降解木质素可以得到小分子产物,含有明显的醛酸类物质。Oxidation degradation of high boiling solvent lignin was processed by the solid acid catalyst with hydrogen peroxide as oxidizer. In the reaction, the factors were investigated to the degradation effect on the reaction time, the solvent ratio, the dosage of solid acid and the reaction temperature. The result showed that the optimistic condition was the reaction time 4 h, the reaction temperature 80℃, the solvent ratio of DMF with water for 1 : 2, the dosage of solid acid 4% of lignin weight and promotion by FeSO4. And the products were analyzed by FT-IR and GC-MS techniques. The spectrum showed the small molecule substance could be acquired from the degradation of lignin by acid catalysis. Judged from spectra, lignin was degraded to some aldehydes and organic acids.
