摘  要:蒙脱石也叫八面体蒙脱石或十六角蒙脱石,是一种良好的胃黏膜防护剂。蒙脱石对细菌有吸附作用,吸附力强弱与其带电性有关。蒙脱石对大肠杆菌、霍乱弧菌、空肠弯曲菌、金葡菌和轮状病毒及胆盐都有较好的吸附作用,且对表面带有粒编码蛋白(CS31A)的致病性带电病原菌有固定清除作用。研究表明,纳米蒙脱石比普通蒙脱石吸附能力高,对非感染仔猪腹泻总有效率高达94.1%,且价格低廉,毒副作用小。透射电镜分析表明,纳米蒙脱石吸附原毒素前后蒙脱石的粒径没有明显改变,XRD分析证实吸附原毒素后蒙脱石层间距没有发生变化。Montmorillonite was known as octahedral smectite or dioctahedral smectite, it is a good mucosal protective reagent. Montmorillonite can adsorb the bacteria and the adsorption effect decided by its charge. Montmorillonite has a better absorption on Escherichia coli, Vibrio cholerae, Campylobaeter jejuni, Staphylococcus aureus, rotavirus, and bile salt and has a fixed scavenging effect to the electriferous pathogenic bacteria that surface has a grain protein-coding (CS31A). Studies have shown that nano- montmorillonite has a higher adsorption capacity than the average montmorillonite and the total effective rate to the non-infected piglet diarrhea is as high as 94.1% and it is inexpensive, non-toxic side-effects. TEM analysis showed that the particle size of montmorillonite has no significant change before and after adsorbing the original toxin. XRD analysis confirmed that the montmorillonite interlayer spacing has not changed after adsorbing the original toxin.
