摘 要:通过现场试验,研究了铁水包喂线脱硫工艺中脱硫剂不同配比对铁水脱硫的影响,分析了影响铁水包喂线脱硫的因素。结果表明:喂线脱硫是一项可行的脱硫措施,脱硫剂成分含钝化镁25%、白灰65%、萤石粉5%、石墨粉5%,喂线速度在95m/m in时,最高脱硫率达到89%;喂线脱硫前必须先扒渣,稀渣时加入聚渣剂能有效提高脱硫率;喂线脱硫处理成本较高,最低为35.73元/t。Based on the site test it is studied the effects on molten -iron desulfurization of various proportion of desulfurizing agent in feeding Ca - line process of iron ladle, analyzed the factors to affect. It is showed from the result that feeding - line is a feasible method, the highest desulfurization rate can reach 89 percent under the conditions: in the agent included 25 percent of passivated magnesium, 65 percent of quick lime, 5 percent of fluorite powder, 5 percent of graphite powder and feedingline speed at 95 m/min; slagging must be done before desulfurization, and the rate can be effectively increased by adding slag -concentrating agent when slag becomes thin; the cost would be high at least 35.73 yuan/t.
