摘　　要：界定了大学学术管理的概念、主体和内容,分析了当前高校学术管理存在的主要问题,从转变观念、拓宽渠道和健全管理组织结构三个方面提出了相应的对策建议。This article probes into the academic management in academies in our country.It points out the importance in academies＇ academic management,defines a series of contents of the academies＇ academic management,and analyses the defects in current academies＇ academic management.The most important content focuses on how to deracinate the old-fashioned academic management idea and methods.And the establishment of scientific and innovative academic management idea and methods are the key points in changing the current conditions.
