摘　　要：近年来,大学生就业难越来越突出,成为我国社会普遍关注的焦点之一。就业难与宏观方面的国家体制性和结构性矛盾突出等密切相关,同时与微观方面的以学生的创新精神为代表的综合素质欠缺也密不可分。只有通过加强高校创业教育,提高大学生的创业意识、创业精神、创业能力等来达到完善大学生的综合素质,提高大学生的核心竞争力,才能实现大学生成功创业、顺利就业的目的。In recent years the increasing difficulty to highlight the employment of university graduates has become the focus of our society and one of universal concern.Employment is difficult and macro aspects of the national institutional and structural contradictions are closely related to the same time,and micro aspects of the innovative spirit of students,represented by the lack of comprehensive quality inseparable.It is only through entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to raise students＇ awareness of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial ability to achieve improved overall quality of university students to enhance the core competitiveness of university students,college students can be guaranteed a successful business,successful employment.
