摘　　要：〔目的〕探讨乙肝病毒外膜大蛋白监测应用在健康体检中的价值及意义,为今后应用在出国劳务人员健康体检中探寻理论依据。〔方法〕通过对乙肝病毒外膜大蛋白的结构和功能的阐述,分析其检测技术的发展,探讨其在健康体检中的应用价值。〔结果〕乙肝病毒外膜大蛋白与DNA检测结果具有高度的正相关性,比现在使用的乙肝两对半指标更能反应慢性无症状乙肝病毒携带者体内病毒的复制状态。〔结论〕乙肝病毒外膜大蛋白检测可以作为判断肝内病毒继续复制或复制活跃程度的指标,在出国劳务人员健康体检中具有较高的应用价值,有助于体检单位评价体检者的健康状态。Objective To research the value and significance of hepatitis B virus large surface protein in the health examination,and to provide scientific evidences for labors going abroad in the future.Methods Description the structure and the function of hepatitis B virus large surface protein were described and the development of detection technique was analyzed,the in the health examination for labors going abroad was studied application.Results The hepatitis B virus large surface protein and hepatitis B virus DNA have a significant positive correlation.It was more better response of the viral replication status than detection of HBV asymptomatic carriers.Conclusion The hepatitis B virus large surface protein can be used as indicators to determine virus active replication in the liver.It has a high application value in health examination,and it help doctors evaluate the health status of those who undergo a medical examination.
