拱北口岸入境人员甲型H1N1流感样症状监测结果分析

摘　　要：〔目的〕了解珠海市拱北口岸入境人员中有流感样症状的旅客甲型H1N1流感病毒感染情况,分析其流行特征,从而有效地开展口岸甲型H1N1监测工作。〔方法〕对拱北口岸2009年5—12月份入境人员中有流感样症状旅客监测资料进行统计分析。〔结果〕2009年5—12月份共监测具有流感样症状旅客1488例,经分子生物学检测确诊甲型H1N1流感患者70例,检出率为4.70%。70例确诊病例均以发热表现为主,伴有头痛、咽喉痛及咽部充血、咳嗽、肌肉关节痛等流感样症状。病例以从国外归来的中国籍旅客为主,占确诊病例的85.71%,10～19岁年龄组甲型H1N1流感检出率最高,为8.28%。〔结论〕甲型H1N1流感在世界范围传播迅速,且拱北口岸入境人员中甲型H1N1流感病例逐渐增多,加强甲型H1N1流感防控已成为口岸防控传染病的重点工作之一;加强入境人员甲型H1N1流感监测,加大卫生知识宣传咨询力度,提高入境人员的自我防范意识,以及制定有效防治措施,将有利于防止甲型H1N1流感在国际间的传播。Objective To understand the status of flu-like symptoms of entry-exit personnel having A（H1N1）infection at Gongbei Port in Zhuhai and to analyze the epidemiological characteristics,so the effective measure on A（H1N1）monitoring was carry out at Port.Method Data among flu-like symptoms of travelers were statistical analysis during May and December in 2009 at Gongbei Port.Result Among 1488 cases with influenza-like symptoms d from May to December in 2009,70 was diagnosed with infectious A（H1N1）cases,with total detection rate of 4.70%.The symptoms of cases were fever mainly,accompany with headache,sore throat,cough and arthralgia.Most of the cases were Chinese who were suffered from A（H1N1）abroad.10～19 years old group had a highly infection rate of 8.28%;Cases had a monthly increase from May to December.Conclusion A（H1N1）spread rapidly around the world,and infection of A（H1N1）at Gongbei Port gradually increased among the entry-exit personnel.Prevention and controlling measures for A（H1N1）infection should be strengthened at port to prevent the diseases from spreading out.
