摘　　要：〔目的〕掌握皇岗口岸蝇类、蜚蠊的本底情况,为制定有效的防治措施提供依据。〔方法〕2008年1—12月采用笼诱法对皇岗口岸的蝇类进行了调查,采用盒式诱捕法进行蜚蠊调查。〔结果〕捕获蝇类2436只,经鉴定为4科10属16种,其中大头金蝇为优势种群,年平均蝇密度为20.3只/笼.d。捕获蜚蠊357只,经鉴定为2科2属2种,其中德国小蠊为优势种群,年平均蠊密度0.58只/盒。〔结论〕皇岗口岸蝇类密度超过国家标准要求,应采取措施加强灭蝇工作。继续开展口岸生物媒介本底调查,掌握其变化规律,有针对性的开展预防与控制工作。Objective To master the background of fly and cockroach at Huanggang port,and to provide basis for establishment of effective measures of prevetion and control.Method From January 2008 to December 2008,the cages were used to collect the flies,the trapper were used to collect cockroach.Result 2 436 flies had been captured and belong to 4 orders,10 families,18 species.Chrysomya megacephala Fabricius was dominant genus.Annual mean flies density was 20.3 flies per cage and day.357 of cockroach had been captured and belong to 2 families,2 species,2 genera.Annual mean density of cockroach was 0.58 flies per cage,Blattella germanica Linnaeus was dominant genus.Conclusion The average density of flies at Huanggang Port exceed national standard,particularly to strengthen the step to extinguish flies.In the future,we should strength to investigate the background of vector,grasp the regularity of Huanggang Port and eliminate the flies.
