摘　　要：介绍了在大批量生产条件下,将在模锻设备上生产的多种模锻件,改为在自由锻锤上用"无飞边闭式胎模锻"工艺方法来生产的工艺和模具设计,指出了该工艺方法的优点。By using the new technology of ＂No flash Closed-Pattern Match Forging＂ under the free forging hammer in the high-volume production, a variety of forgings has been produced instead of using the forging equipment, which points out the advantages of the new technology.
