摘　　要：介绍了汽车脚踏板垫片复合模具设计。由于该零件对汽车的安全性能有着很直接的联系,所以其精度要求很高。通过对零件的工艺分析、方案论证、模具装配图的设计,完整地介绍了汽车脚踏板垫片的工艺设计。The design of compound die for auto pedal spacer has been introduced. As this part has a direct link with the safety of the automobile, the accuracy is demanded to be very high.Through process analysis, program feasible study, and mold assembly diagram design of the parts, the design of auto pedal spacer has been described in details.
