摘　　要：当前高校科研管理工作存在观念落后、体制陈旧、评价体系不合理等问题;文章简要阐述了高校科研管理创新的必要性,提出通过树立以人为本的服务理念,坚持参与式服务,推行精细化管理,建立科学合理的评价体系和创新科研工作机制等途径服务于高校科研管理工作。Problems exist in current scientific research management in universities, such as backward idea, obsolete system, unreasonable appraisal system and so on. This paper elaborates briefly that it＇ s necessary to innovate scientific research management in the university, and advances some countermeasures for solving these problems by setting up human- centered concept, insisting on the participation type of services, carrying out the refinement management, establishing reasonable appraisal systems and innovating the scientific research management of university.
