摘 要:本试验以新疆阿克苏地区冬枣采后贮藏中分离的病原菌桔青霉、皱褶青霉、链格孢菌、黄曲霉和黑曲霉为供试菌种,采用平板琼脂打孔法,用7种植物提取液对病原菌进行抑菌试验,以筛选对病原菌抑制作用的天然物质。结果表明7种(花椒、大蒜、八角、党参、桂皮、山楂和甘草)天然植物提取液中对5种病原菌的抑制效果各不相同,大蒜提取液对五种病原菌都有明显抑菌效果,并确定大蒜对桔青霉最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为50%(质量浓度为0.25 g/ml)、皱褶青霉最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为75%(质量浓度为0.375 g/ml)、链格孢菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为50%(质量浓度为0.25 g/ml)、黄曲霉最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为50%(质量浓度为0.25 g/ml)和黑曲霉最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为25%(质量浓度为0.125 g/ml)。In this paper, the major pathogens (Penicillium citrinum, Penicillium fold, Alternaria sp, Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus nigercans ) that were isolated from post- harvest storage winter jujube produced in Aksu located in Southern Xinjiang Au- tonomous Region acted as indication fungus, used the perforated agar plate method, antimicrobial effect of seven kinds of plant material extracts on pathogenic fungi were determined. The results showed that antimicrohial effects of seven kinds of plant ( Chinese prickly ash, garlic, star anise, codonopsis, cinnamon, hawthorn and licorice root) material extracts on pathogenic fungus were different, the garlic extracts had the strongest inhibitory effect on five pathogenic fungus, and through further experiments with different concentrations of garlic extracts on the inhibitory effect of different pathogens, the minimum inhibitory concentration of the garlic extracts on Penicillium citrinum,Penicillium fold,Alternaria sp,Aspergillus flavus ,Aspergillus nigercans was 50% (0. 25 g/ml ). 75% ( 0. 375 g/ml), 50% (0. 25 g/ml), 50% {0.25 g/ml), 25% (0. 125 g/ml) respectively.
