摘 要:利用大田试验对施硼肥后土壤库中有效硼含量动态变化规律进行了研究,结果发现,在0~60cm深度以内,随着土壤深度的增加,有效硼含量逐渐降低。在0~20cm深度土层中,6月下旬,土壤有效硼含量水平会随着外源施硼水平的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,8月上旬,土层中有效硼含量水平会随着外源施硼水平的增加呈先降低后升高的趋势,到一定用量时会保持不变。在20~40cm深度土层中,6月下旬,随着外源硼素水平的增加,土壤有效硼含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,8月上旬为先升高后降低然后再升高的趋势。外源硼素水平高低对40~60cm土层中有效硼含量影响不明显,9月下旬后对棉田土壤有效硼含量影响不显著。A field experiment was conducted to determine the responds of the variation of effective boron content in soil library to exogenously supplied boron. The result showed that, at the 0 - to 60 - cm depth, the effective boron content was gradual decreasing with the increasing of soil depth. In the 20 - to 40 - cm soil layer, the soil available boron content began to rise then fell with the level of exog- enous boron increased at the last 10 days of Jun. , and at the first 10 days of Aug. , the effective boron content decreased then declined until a constant level. At 20 - to 40 - cm soil depth, with the exogenously supplied boron level increased, soil available boron increased in the cotton bud stage, and then decreased at flowering stage. Meanwhile, the level of exogenous boron has a unconspicuous impact to soil available boron content in 40 - to 60 - cm soil depth, it has no prominent effect on soil available boron content of cotton field after the last ten days of Aug.
