疏肝和胃丸对幽门结扎胃溃疡大鼠胃酸 胃蛋白酶的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝和胃丸抑制胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法:采用幽门结扎法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌及胃黏膜病理学变化。结果:模型组胃酸、胃蛋白酶的分泌水平均明显升高,胃黏膜损伤指数水平均明显升高,与疏肝和胃丸组比较均有显著差异(P(0.05)。结论:疏肝和胃丸具有显著抑制胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌,对胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用。Objective：To explore the action of Shuganhewei Pill on inhibiting the secretion of gastric hydrochloric acid and pepsin and then can make the effect on protect the rat stomach mucous dmembrane damage. Use the method by ligating pylorus,observe gastric hydrochloric acid and pepsin and the stomach mucous membrane damage degree in pathology.Result：the secretion of gastric hydrochloric acid and pepsin and the ulcer numbers in the model group were visibly increasing,which is of significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：Shuganhewei Pill has prominent function of inhibiting the secretion of gastric hydrochloric acid and pepsin and protective action on the stomach mucous membrane.
