摘 要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定山葛降脂分散片中葛根素和牡荆素鼠李糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C185μm(200mm×4.6mm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸,以流速1.0mL.min-1进行梯度洗脱;柱温:35℃;检测波长为268nm。结果:葛根素在0.076125~0.380625μg(r=0.9993)、牡荆素鼠李糖苷在0.055~0.275μg(r=0.9998)的范围内呈现良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为分别98.08%和98.82%,RSD分别为2.2%和2.2%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于山葛降脂分散片的质量控制。Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of puerarin and vitexia-rhamnoside in Shangejiangzhi dispersible tablet. Methods:The analysis was performed on DiamonsilC18 (200mm×4.6mm,5μm),The investigated compounds were separated with gradient mobile phase consisting of 0.05%acetic acid and acetonitrile. The temperature of sample manager was set at 35℃.The waveleragth of the detector was 268nm. Results:Puerarin and vitexia-rhamnoside presented a good linear correlation in range of0.076125~0.380625μg(r=0.9993)and 0.055~0.275μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.08%(RSD=2.2%)and 98.82%(RSD=2.2%). Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Shangkejiegu tablets.
